We’re delighted to offer you free worldwide shipping, all year round. Once you place your order, we carefully process it within 1–2 business days. From there, delivery usually takes 4–7 business days depending on where you live. If you order during the weekend or on a holiday, don’t worry – we’ll ship it on the next business day.
Refund Policy
We want you to love your order – but if it’s not quite right, returns are easy. You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return. Just make sure it’s unused, in its original packaging, and with tags still attached. Simply contact our Customer Support at contact@orvelleclub.com and we’ll guide you through the process. Once approved, we’ll let you know how and where to send your package, and refunds are processed within 10 business days.
